Payment Policy

How billing works on ServiceCam.

This page explains how ServiceCam handles hosted payment setup, card validation, subscription billing, cancellations, and billing support.

Hosted billing Billing opens inside ServiceCam through Stripe-hosted components.
Card validation Processors may run 0.00 or 0.01 style validation checks when cards are saved or updated.
Plan access Starter trial access pauses after seven days unless a payment method is added.

Accepted Payment Method

ServiceCam currently uses Stripe hosted payment collection for credit card billing. Starter trials do not require a card to begin. Saved payment-method management is handled through secure hosted billing components presented inside the ServiceCam dashboard.

Starter Trial

The Starter plan may begin with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. Before the trial ends, ServiceCam may send an email reminder with a link to add a payment method. If payment is not added by the trial end, live-call access may pause and trial files may be deleted under the trial-retention policy.

Promo codes, when issued by ServiceCam, may extend the Starter trial length. Promo codes do not apply to Crew or Multi-Shop signup checkout unless ServiceCam separately says so in writing.

Card Validation

When a card is added or updated, Stripe may perform a processor validation in the amount of 0.00 or 0.01 depending on card brand and processor rules. Successful validation may be immediately voided by the payment processor.

Subscription Charges

Crew and Multi-Shop require checkout at signup. Starter begins billing only after a payment method is added and checkout is completed. The ServiceCam monthly subscription is billed on the cadence shown during signup, checkout, or in the dashboard. Charges continue on the renewal cadence until canceled. If the payment method fails or the subscription becomes unhealthy, live-call access may be paused until billing is corrected.

Cancellations

You may cancel from the dashboard or by contacting support@servicecam.pro. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund already processed charges unless ServiceCam approves a refund or a refund is otherwise required.

Refunds and Billing Questions

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@servicecam.pro with your company name, account email, and the billing date so we can review the issue. ServiceCam may rely on account records, session history, and payment-processor metadata when evaluating billing questions or disputes.
