Payment Policy

How billing works on ServiceCam.

This page explains how ServiceCam handles hosted payment setup, card validation, future paid billing, cancellations, and billing support.

Future hosted billing Billing opens inside ServiceCam through Stripe-hosted components.
Card validation Processors may run 0.00 or 0.01 style validation checks when cards are saved or updated.
Current free beta Every beta account receives full Multi-Shop limits at $0 with no payment method or checkout.

Accepted Payment Method

ServiceCam does not collect payment details during the current free beta. If an owner later chooses a paid plan, payment-method management will be handled through secure Stripe-hosted billing components presented inside the ServiceCam dashboard.

Transition to Paid Service

The current free beta has no seven-day expiration and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. ServiceCam will provide notice before materially changing beta access.

A tier selected during beta is saved as a post-beta preference only. Billing starts only if the account owner later chooses a paid plan and completes checkout.

Card Validation

When a card is added or updated, Stripe may perform a processor validation in the amount of 0.00 or 0.01 depending on card brand and processor rules. Successful validation may be immediately voided by the payment processor.

Paid Plan Charges

Listed prices are post-beta options. A ServiceCam paid plan is billed only after the account owner deliberately completes checkout, on the cadence shown at checkout or in the dashboard. Charges continue on that renewal cadence until canceled. If a payment method fails or a paid subscription becomes unhealthy, live-call access may be paused until billing is corrected.

Cancellations

You may cancel from the dashboard or by contacting support@servicecam.pro. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund already processed charges unless ServiceCam approves a refund or a refund is otherwise required.

Refunds and Billing Questions

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@servicecam.pro with your company name, account email, and the billing date so we can review the issue. ServiceCam may rely on account records, session history, and payment-processor metadata when evaluating billing questions or disputes.
