Data We Collect
- Account owner details such as company name, contact name, and email address
- Support session metadata such as date, issue type, notes, and generated artifacts
- Billing status, payment profile identifiers, subscription identifiers, and related processor responses
- Audit details such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps tied to account, billing, and messaging activity
How Payments Are Handled
ServiceCam uses Authorize.net for hosted payment-information capture and subscription processing. ServiceCam does not store raw payment card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.
Authorize.net may return tokenized or masked payment details, billing profile identifiers, transaction metadata, and webhook notices so ServiceCam can confirm billing status, maintain support access, and keep an internal record of account state.

- Create and manage ServiceCam accounts
- Provide remote diagnostics, session storage, reporting, and support communication
- Activate, maintain, and troubleshoot subscriptions and saved payment methods
- Prevent abuse, investigate billing issues, and maintain compliance evidence
Mobile Messaging Privacy
When you ask us to send a ServiceCam support text, we may process the mobile number, consent status, message history, and delivery metadata needed to operate that support interaction.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing use. Service providers may process this information only to deliver the requested support messaging and related operations.
Retention and Security
Trial session artifacts are automatically deleted when the trial ends. Paid accounts may retain session artifacts for as long as operationally needed unless deleted sooner by the account owner. Billing metadata and compliance-relevant records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud review, disputes, support, or legal obligations.
We use hosted billing, access controls, and gateway webhook verification to reduce PCI exposure and protect billing-related workflows.
