ServiceCam access, paid-plan, and support terms.

These terms govern access to ServiceCam remote diagnostics, related support workflows, the current free beta, and any paid plan an owner later chooses.

Recurring future paid plan Paid plans renew until canceled through the dashboard or through support.
Future hosted payments Payment details are collected through Stripe-hosted billing components rather than stored inside ServiceCam.
Support contact Billing and service questions can be sent to support@servicecam.pro.

Service Access

ServiceCam provides remote diagnostics, service communication, session recording, and related workflow tools for business use. Account owners are responsible for maintaining accurate business and contact information and for controlling who may access their workspace.

Billing Authorization

By adding a payment method or starting a paid plan, you authorize ServiceCam and its payment processor, Stripe, to validate the payment method and process recurring future paid plan charges or other authorized charges connected to your account.

Payment method entry is performed through hosted payment components so ServiceCam can keep raw card data outside its own systems.

Paid Plans, Renewal, and Cancellation

ServiceCam paid plans renew automatically based on the plan interval shown at signup or in the dashboard until canceled. You may cancel from the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse already processed charges for the current billing period unless required by law or an approved refund policy.

Free Beta and Access Limits

The current free beta has no seven-day expiration and requires no payment method or checkout. Every beta account receives full Multi-Shop limits at $0 while beta mode remains active.

A selected tier is a post-beta preference, not authorization to charge. Billing begins only if the account owner later chooses a paid plan and completes checkout. ServiceCam will provide notice before materially changing beta access.

Refunds, Billing Questions, and Disputes

Refunds, if offered, are governed by the current Payment Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@servicecam.pro promptly so the issue can be reviewed before filing a dispute or chargeback.

ServiceCam may retain account, session, and billing records reasonably necessary to investigate billing questions, prevent fraud, or respond to disputes.
